Jennifer Sisson, Vice President
Jennifer Sisson is the Vice President of the TESCO organization. She joined TESCO in 2019 after several years in private legal practice.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002 with a major in History and Political Science from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, earning her Tennessee Apprentice Teacher’s License in 2003. In 2005, she received her Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.
Jennifer is responsible for managing development and recapitalization projects as well reviewing and addressing contractual and policy matters for the company. Along with Jerry Sisson, she also serves as legal counsel for TESCO corporate operations including addressing day-to-day development and management matters.
She has been licensed to practice law since 2006, and is the managing partner of Sisson and Sisson Law Firm, dealing in real estate and government financed development, purchases, and sales. She has been admitted to practice in front of the Tennessee Supreme Court (2006), United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee (2006), and the United States Supreme Court (2019). She is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. She chaired the Real Estate and Environmental Section of the Memphis Bar Association for six years and served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association for two years.
Jennifer is in her third three-year term as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Germantown and is currently serving as chair of that commission. She is a graduate of Leadership Germantown, has served on the Board of Directors for Leadership Germantown and served as President for Leadership Germantown Alumni Association.
