Jerry Sisson, President
President of TESCO
Development, Inc., and TESCO Properties, Inc., Jerry Sisson received his
Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1977, with a major in real
estate, from the University of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee.
In 1979, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University
of Memphis School of Law.
Jerry maintains a real
estate brokers license, and holds designations as a Certified Property
Manager (“CPM”), a Certified Occupancy Specialist (“COS”) and as a
National Assisted Housing Professional Executive (“NAHPe”).
Jerry is responsible for
the day-to-day operations of the TESCO organization, as well as
coordination of strategic planning for the company.
He has been licensed to practice law since 1980, and is the
managing partner in the law firm of Sisson and Sisson, dealing in real
estate and government financed development, purchases, and sales.
He serves as legal counsel for TESCO corporate operations, as well
as primary in-house counsel for day-to-day development and management
matters.
Jerry recently completed
an eight-year term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee
Housing Development Agency (“THDA”), chairing the Policy and Programs
Committee and serving as its Vice Chairman. |
